說個冷知識：香港的好多銀行（至少包括中銀和匯豐）的網上銀行帳戶的用戶名好像都不能自己在網上改 然後中銀不可以在網上改手機號 ---

你这个问题我有发言权，说明你研究的还不够深，这种问题多查下小红书就知道了。 1、为什么会密码错？因为中银有bug，注册的时候密码长度可以写到13位（不会提示你，但实际有效的就前12位），中银的密码规则就是9-12位。然后实际登录输入时，你输入超过12位的，也会被他算进去。所以你密码是不是超过12位了？如果是，只需要输入到第12位就行了，后面的不需要输入。如果你现在还没被锁定的话，赶紧试一下。 2、如果输入密码次数太多，被锁定，需要解锁。我相信你大概率已经被锁定了。解锁有几种方式： （1）知道自己8位网上银行号码，通过电话银行解锁。解锁后如果想起来密码，可以再登录。 （2）收到实体卡后，通过卡号，用户名/8位网上银行号码和取款密码重置密码 （3）通过身份证人脸验证重置密码（但这里需要流动安保密码） 因为你是线上开户，所以你没办法知道你的8位网上银行号码。同时，因为你没登录过网银，所以你也还没设置过流动安保密码。 综上，如果你不想去香港，只有方法2才能让你解锁并重置密码，唯一需要做的就是等你的实体卡寄到。 ---

我也怀疑是中银香港故意的，我非常清楚我就设置了那一个帐号和密码，应该不会错的，但就是进不去，你离的近还好，我太远了，去一趟成本太高 ---

我还没去 朋友前两天去办了 也是遇到密码错误的问题 他当时还拍照了 🤣 他说如果包含大写+小写 最后登录是用全部大写登录上去的 如果全部是小写 那就全部是小写 实在不行就等后面实体卡寄到了重置吧 ---

一样，主要是当时申请的时候忘记自己有设置过密码了，还很疑惑为什么会叫我输入密码，我还以为是要等到它的卡寄到了，信封里面会有密码呢 ---
