how to use nodejs,express,mongo in a cloud or other way for practice

Hello!

I spend a considerable amount of time at university, but the computers there restrict me from installing any software or executable files. As I’m currently learning backend development with JavaScript, I’m eager to practice during my free time at university.

Is there any cloud-based solution or any other suggestions you might have for me to continue developing my skills under these constraints?

You will need a cloud server, probably 4 CPU cores and 8GB of memory should suffice.
