# 有用claude code比较熟练的佬友么，skill怎么用

一直没搞懂claude code的skill如何实用，用skill能提高多少效率，token使用是不是会变的特别多，有没有佬友能通俗的给讲解一下，本来AI应该是方便使用的，但是现在搞的这么麻烦，都不会用了,skill和MCP的主要区别在哪呢 😃
