# 纯ai新人，请教个skills的问题

第一次发帖，不太懂规矩，各位见谅。  
1.想问这么多skills网站，github上skills都是以合集的方式出现，论坛又这么多人谈论投毒问题。那我应该怎么避免毒呢？去哪里找安全可靠的skills呢？clawhub上都说上官方站，但下载的人为什么那么少？  
2.浩如烟海的skills，我应该如何筛选找到适合的呢？比如说我想把我的科研工作流固化下来，我需要哪几个层面和方向的skills组合？
