AI时代发展太快啦，工具、技术栈层次不穷，不知道佬友们有没有像我一样有一点小小的焦虑，可能当下时代洪流，每个人都没法独善其身。最近在想，也许正如【Attention Is All You Need】所言，Attention才是最重要的特质。有没有什么好的法子呢？最近翻到手头一本书【抄写英语的奇迹】（不知道有没有佬友跟我一样，买书就当看书，收藏就当学习~~），通过每天抄写一段英语句子为媒介，让自己有个10~20分钟的专注时间阅读、打字、学英语，重新抓住转瞬即逝的心流！请佬友监督（PS：粗翻一下，好浓一碗鸡汤，不过当学英语口语表达，复习单词还是不错的）

最近都是把文章用摩尔斯电码播放出来，用笔一个字母一个字母的抄下来， 这样来锻炼专注力，因为走神了就会漏字符。。。

想请教一下佬怎么练听力和口语，觉得自己这方面很差，但是在上学每天很忙又没时间做

我的英语也不得行 所以才借着这个机会稍微学一些
听力这玩意感觉没法子，只能多听，听懂，然后磨耳朵，现在很多视频网站上有许多英文切片教程，我有时候刷到也会点进去听听
口语的话就得找人练了，学校英语角多去去，哈哈，自己学生时期害羞，不好意思去，现在想来可惜
