也不能这么说吧，harness是个概念或者说理念、agent是个产品，“用harness来做agent”，这么理解应该ok

那agent还有呢，我一看，这不是prompt engine吗？在prompt engine之前还有呢，这特么不就是多写了点东西吗？
说说个人理解：
harness是一种约束机制，agent是模型的工作方式。
harness其实是harness engineering。是prompt engineering和context engineering的迭代。是一种约束、指导模型行为的机制。为的是把模型介入可靠的工作流中。
agent就是可以自主调用多种工具（比如skills和mcp）、自主规划任务路径、自主完成任务协作，从而完成复杂工作的一种模型工作方式。

所以我认为这些新概念完全就是新壶装旧酒，炒作概念来的

个人感觉就跟鼎→锅→不粘锅一样，总是一点一点尝试变化的，起码到现在这种程度，已经比最开始的网页上对话可用性好多了
