Dear giffgaff Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a refund of the remaining Airtime Credit (real cash balance) on my recently closed account.
I understand that my account was terminated due to the roaming/location usage policy, and I am not disputing the closure of the account itself. However, I am writing to dispute the confiscation of my pre-paid funds.
I am only requesting the refund of my own deposited money (Airtime Credit). I am not asking for a refund of any promotional bonus credit, nor am I asking for the refund of any active Goodybag.
Since giffgaff has terminated the service and I can no longer use this network, retaining my unspent, self-funded balance is unreasonable and unfair to me as a consumer.
I kindly request that you process the refund of my remaining cash balance to my original payment method.
If giffgaff insists on refusing this refund, please treat this message as a formal complaint. In that case, I require you to provide a formal “Deadlock Letter” clearly stating the specific Terms and Conditions that give giffgaff the right to confiscate a consumer’s deposited cash balance without providing the service.
I will use this Deadlock Letter to escalate the matter to the Communications Ombudsman for independent arbitration, and I reserve the right to initiate a chargeback through my financial institution.
I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly without needing to escalate it further.

充值卡估计不行，但是我看别的佬好像说是可以绑定一张你自己的卡，然后让客服退给你自己的卡，具体咋搞去搜搜帖子
之前就是发了张虚拟卡让他们退，结果回信就给我号封了
确实是，8/15申请的，昨天给退了
我的也退了，8月末申请的，看到人说可以退我就照着做了一条 
确实在昨天回复了原路退回，但是没有发邮件
好像是一批，给第三方的这次都给退了
