# OCI PAYG验卡不退款

如题，我升级OCI PAYG后预授权了138SGD，现在过去了半个月仍然没有动静，我看官方文档说验完卡会马上发起撤销请求，但是我这边没有任何动静，请问各位佬有什么办法吗

（另：gcp验卡也遇到了同样情况）

卡是招商万事达普卡
