由于E5的订阅是一项开发者福利，微软当前对于数据的存储达到了上线，所以暂停了订阅。
我们首先建议您保存重要数据以防丢失，同时目前微软要求客户先购买Visual studio的订阅，才可以重新申请E5.
您可以参考以下方式进行重新申请，感谢您的支持和理解：
As of Jan 24th, only customers who have a paid VS subscription (the only customers for whom we have 100% confidence in their qualifications) can acquire a tenant via the program; all other customers will be blocked.

Please note: One request can only validate one user. If your customer has multiple users, please suggest each user to submit the request.
