Sana here, Jake is out of the office therefore, I have taken over the case.
Members who Refer a Friend (MGM) between 1 May 2025 - 30 June 2025 will be rewarded with £10 Payback instead of the normal £5 Payback. New joiners will receive £10 credit instead of the normal £5 credit. So if the SIM card was purchased between 1st May and 30th June, you and your friend will receive £10 credit however, please be sure the SIM card is activated before 30th June.

Regarding your new June promotion, I would like to know the eligibility criteria for the “Deposit £10, get £10” offer. Does this offer apply to users who apply at any time but activate during the promotion period, or must users apply during the promotion period and activate afterward to be eligible? I currently have some giffgaff cards that were applied for in the previous months. If my friends activate these cards, will they be eligible for the £10 off £10 promotion?
