现在注册的好像都会被locked，你得自己发工单去和客服说，说完以后就是正常的验卡环节。
（你发工单得和客服说没有违反相关的法律，你会遵守digitalocean的法律法规之类的，舔住）

主要是已经有一个号发了ticket也提供了账号但是被拒绝unban了
